Branson has a lot of fun things to do around town but one in particular that I’ve always wanted to check out is the Hollywood Wax Museum. I was so excited to get chosen to do a review of the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center. We got to go the the museum, Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors, Castle of Chaos and Shoot for the Stars Mini Golf.
When you first arrive at the Hollywood Wax Museum your group will get the chance to take a really fun picture in the hands of King Kong. Once you’re through the museum you will have a chance to look at your picture and purchase it. But that isn’t the only photo opp you will get! Throughout the museum there are several places set up for you to have fun next to your favorite celebrity. They even have props with most of the celebrities which I loved! You can sit next to Genie, hang out next to Hugh Hefner or get beamed up with the Star Trek crew.
Most of the wax figures look so much like the real thing. There were a couple of times that I felt like it was a real person just waiting to go BOO!! My son was absolutely TERRIFIED of a few of the figures. He wanted nothing to do with The Terminator or the Predator Monster. I have to agree that the Predator Monster was VERY realistic and they had lighting going off behind it which added to the creepiness!
Throughout the Museum you will enter different rooms all with a theme. My favorite part of the wax museum was probably the Men In Black. My son is obsessed with all of those movies and was super excited to get him picture taken with them.
We had a great time going through the museum and taking pictures. My husband and son had a blast taking pictures with all the wax figures.
We also visited Castle of Chaos, Hannah’s Maze of Mirrors and Shoot for the Stars Miniature Golf. My husband and son did the Castle of Chaos and loved it. My son was a little scared at first but he loved it. We also really enjoyed the mirror maze and golf!
Whether you’re 5 or 105 you will love the Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center! It’s a fun experience for the whole family. For ticket prices and hours you can visit http://www.hollywoodwaxmuseum.com/.
